NP Linnells are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and are the Newport office of Allied Surveyors & Valuers Ltd. We are experienced surveyors and valuers and can provide valuations of commercial property for a variety of purposes to include:-

• Pension Fund (SIPP or SSAS).
• Insolvency valuations.
• Accounting purposes.
• Bank valuation for lending purposes.
• Expert witness valuation for legal proceedings.

As part of the Allied Surveyors network we act for a number of commercial lenders in providing valuations for loan purposes up to a value of £5m. We cover the South East Wales area and can provide a national service with our links to the Allied Surveyors network.
